Criminal Defense Lawyer Katie Filler, did amazing work on my case. As an out of state client I can definitely recommend them. She's knowledgeable and has great communication. The case went better then expected and I couldn't have done it without her as my counsel. I hope I don't need another attorney in the State of Utah but if I do, I won't hesitate to reach out.

Communication is key! When you tell a client you will have them review the document before filing you need to do that! Please do not sign the other counsels motion because it is easier! Clients need to know what motions are filed and what the other Attorney has filed. And the communication you have had with the other counsel. They do not need to read it in their bill and left to ??? Please do not schedule appointments for your clients have the courtesy to check with your client first. Please let your clients know when you received documents by responding maybe with a R for received. Your clients have the right to have a copy of what has been filed and discussed with the other Attorney. And when you have received all your clients discovery and wrote the motion with your client... the court show have received it! :(Sadly, I would not recommend Michael Mickelson for your case!
