Richard was used for custody modification and child support. When it got to custody stuff he just kept saying he didn't have time for that. Would not use or recommend him to anyone. He didn't bother to tell us that there was paper work we needed to file paper work with the courts.

This guy was useless....I had to tell him about options I knew about that he never offered or tried to use. I guess as long as you're white he's good. If you're not I'd ask for another public defender!
