I do not recommend this firm. Erroneous information was given by the intake staff. Communication was seriously lacking and financial commitments were not honored. Even after I share my concerns with staff and management, these issues were not addressed. It seems this firm does not value integrity.

I was looking for a company to help me and my mom who is an immigrant help her with her deed and Mike Loertscher took very good care of us. Everything was explained very clearly and thoroughly. Not only was his very patient but he also worked with OUR schedule even though he’s likely quite busy. Most other places I went I was unable to even get a call back but Mike was amazing to us and he’ll be amazing to you too. Personally will be highly recommend this firm going forward. I found Ascent Law at the last hour when I was desperate for help with a custody issue with my son. I literally called their office at 4:45pm, and both Tyler Phillips and JD Lewis dropped what they were doing to talk to me. JD then spent over an hour first thing the next morning listening to me tell him my situation, then worked all day into the late evening to file on my case right away. I have never witnessed anything like it my entire life. JD has not only been extremely helpful and thorough, he has been genuinely kind to me. Thank you!

Ryan Simpson actually takes the time to understand what kind of situation his clients are in. He has made sure we have less stress pressuring our little family. With my wife's sudden decline in health, the last thing she needs was to be hounded by debt collectors and Ryan understands that. It feels more like extended family vs a cookie cutter bankruptcy team. Highly recommend

This firm is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. They are dishonest crooked and will promise you the moon to sign with them take your retraining fee then tell you they can’t do anything for you. When they sent our retraining fee back they kept $765 claiming that’s how much it cost to review what was signed and given (mind you after our 30min consultation telling us they would love to take our case) just to call us and tell us they didn’t want to take the case. We contacted our bank and they sent the signed agreement stating it wasn’t fraud because it was signed to hire them. I will make sure to tell everyone and anyone that ever needs an attorney to stay clear of this office.
