Mr. Payne answered his phone, and relieved me of 10 +years of stress, with nothing more than advice. He charged/asked for nothing in return (in my case). I feel that he is both intelligent, and genuine. I highly recommend Robert Payne.

These guys are gold mine!! If you have to go through something that requires an attorney - these guys are the ones to get. I had to declare Chapter 13 & from the very first meeting I felt that was in good hands. I was updated regularly. Every phone cal was answered. Great notifications via email. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan, Tonia and crew.

They were great! We live a few hours away from the law office and over the course of our case only had to travel twice. They handled everything for us and answered our questions. The process was very smooth. We we didn’t know what we were doing, but we didn’t need to they took care of everything. I would highly recommend Jacobs and Simpson.

Ryan Simpson, was very helpful in every way possible in our situation. He was timely in responding and we felt that he personally took an interest in us so that we felt like we were were be taken care of, and not just another person that needed help financially.
