I retained Robert to help some family through a difficult situation. Robert did an amazing job of keeping me up to date while still protecting and respecting the privacy of my family. I was amazed throughout our communications that he always remembered me and the case we were discussing. He was very kind and empathetic throughout the process. If you want someone who has the clients best interest in mind, then Robert is your guy. He is very nice and helpful. He helped me with some problems we had after my husband lost his job. With the myriad of attorneys in Utah County that practice in the Bankruptcy Court it is always good to find one who is reputable and reliable. In my view Robert is "the" attorney for bankruptcy work. These people are associated with Immediate Credit solutions, who began contacting me one day after I had been browsing the internet and had clicked on a website about rent to own houses. They said how they were going to help me repair and build my credit to where I would be able to purchase one of these homes. They enrolled me into their program, which costed like 9.99, they also proceeded to enroll me into programs which I didn't know about, and these people proceeded to draft funds out of my banking account without my consent.Long story short, I decided not to go along with the program, which at the time was back in December of 2012.. No one had ever contacted me after then, nothing was done towards improving my credit, not a single call from no one. Now March 2013, these same people came along and drafted 199.00 dollars from my banking account!!! I have been contacting this Eveland and Associates, which is what showed up on my statement, to reinburst my funds back into my account, only to have them giving me the run around!! The same voice answers the phone giving different names and placing me on hold only for no one to come back on the line...Three times these people told me my funds would be placed back into my account within 72 hrs... I've received NOTHING!! And its been almost 3 weeks!! As of today, March 23, 2013, the police will be involved, and charges will be filed....
