They answered all my questions and emailed when additional information was need. Any questions I had were clarified where I could understand them and when I had creditors calling me they took care of that immediately. I will before then happy to use their firm again

All they care about is collecting your money with doing very little work. Then proceed to tell you they really do not care about the outcome of your case because they are going to get paid anyways. These guys are a textbook example of why people hate attorneys. Greedy, manipulative jerks that clearly act like they are better than you.

I was in a financial rut and this firm has helped me get things taken care of. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs it in the future.

Unfortunately this law firm is opperated by people who lie. Not only did we fire them but they sent a false letter to a trustee who has no evidence for a case; but we have a bible full of evidence, offering the trustee 6k for their fraud. AGAIN THE attorney from this firm OFFERED 6K TO THE TRUSTEE. Wait thats not defense. No, it's fraud. Please dont pick this firm.

Working with Ryan and his staff has been a great experience. They are all wiling to help where they can if they can. Ryan helped me convert from chapter 13 to 7 because it was the best thing to do and after my completion have worked with me on payments. I was already divorced but not receiving child support , alimony or anything allowed in my divorce decree. I hired michael Anderson. After a year of nothing but over charging and maxing out my credit cards we finally made it to court. My ex was instructed by the judge to start paying child support, alimony and abide by the divorce decree.. The judge signed an order stating I could remove my things from my home before it was lost in a foreclosure sale. My ex would not allow me in my home and he called a cop. The Price City police officer would not allow me to retrieve my things so, for the next week and a half I called Michael Anderson everyday with no response except the Bill's from his office kept coming in. This story only gets worse. 3 years after my divorce with no alimony, child support, lost 1/2 equity in a 500,000 dollar home, michael Anderson stated the judge ordered a mediation. I questioned why but my daughter and I was struggling to get by and hoping Michael Anderson would fight for us.( nope) lost everything but child support when he decided to pay. I was awarded 14,000 in Attorneys fees that I paid to michael Anderson. My ex sends the money to Michael Anderson.to be given to my daughter and i but I haven't seen a dime. I was paid in full to this man with a letter from his office stating I owed and would never owe them any monies on this case and that I was paid in full. Michael Anderson went into the Duchesne County court house and requested I pay him 17,000 more. You see, my mother passed away and with a mortgage I was paying on her home and Michael Anderson now a realistate broker , educated in gas, oil and mining in carbon county where I live. I guess he could lein or force a sale of her home. The last bill I received from Michael Anderson was in the amount of 23,000 . I rented out her home through a property manager. After a total remodel due to the flood in Helper 2014. Hired a property manager but after 3 months of no rent, I went to the home to find 8 adult and 10 children all illegal immigrants and my home was distroyed. Michael Anderson was just starting to handle my case with my ex so I ask if he could help with this property manager law suit. Again, over billing along with retainer fees. 2 years later court is in Price, Utah at 9:00. Judge starts the proceedings even though my attorney isn't there. Michael Anderson is 55 minutes late and I only got an hour. With no evidence in hand like the 18 inch thick binder I gave to Michael Anderson' my Attorney and Bridge Reality/ Brenda Quicks Attorney binders compiled of pictures, contracts, and damages. After thousands of dollars maxing out credit cards, Michael Anderson gave his 5 minutes to the judge. Judge Thomas decided the property manager/ Brenda Quick had done her job and awarded Brenda Quick and her attorney fees and a settlement eventhough she didn't collect first or last months rent or a deposit. 22,000 was what they stated in the letter for settlement. Funny just how crooked these realistate brokers are getting. Collecting lots of 5 stars from your friends but can you give legal advice or portray yourself as an attorney when your a JD? That does mean you went to law school but haven't passed the bar.
