I was involved in an accident and was hit by a driver that was under the influence.. Kramer Law Group went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of from the very beginning. They were helpful every step of the way. Shout out to Sarai, who was my case manager, she did an amazing job and was able to get policy limits on my case!! With the help of Sarai I got a car rental from the at fault insurance while I didn't have coverage in my own policy and a fast payout of my Pathfinder that was total lost. She is helping me all the way to my recovery and she is on the top of my case, keeping me updated in what's going on every moment when something new is comming up. Thank you Sarai.

I was rear ended on New Years Eve, parked on the side of the road. Someone at the accident site told me that they knew a great group of people to call regarding the injuries I received. I was put in touch with Kramer Law Group. Karina was the first contact I had with the group. She was really easy to talk to, very informative of what I could expect and then Sarai was assigned and has been great in helping with my accident case. I couldn't do this without her I don't think. She stays on top of everything going on and has also helped get the insurance company to contact me regarding my property damage. She always answers any questions I have, no matter what they are, and keeps me updated on the status of my case as it goes along. She has made this whole experience a lot better to handle. Especially when it comes to doctor visits and getting them approved and dealing with the at faults' insurance company. There are days I feel like I talk to her everyday haha. She's truly almost like a friend. These guys are great.

Tengo un año con mi caso en esta oficina, realmente es algo desgastante y es algo que tienes que manejar relajado, a mí me lleva el caso Jesica, la cuál en todo este tiempo me a ayudado a sobrellevar este largo proceso, prácticamente a Sido mi sicóloga terapeuta, ya como dije casos desgastante, recomiendo esta oficina ya que están al pendiente de tu situación y apollo en todo el largo proceso, hay una señora que llama para ver si tú paralegal se está comunicando contigo, muy profesional, lo único que no recuerdo el nombre soy malo para eso, a Jesica le llamaba maria,Juanita, yoya y para poder recordar lo apunte en la pared, pero cuando llamaba de mi carro quedaba en la misma, bueno me queda el recuerdo de Jesica en la pared ahora ya no se me olvida el nombre tv
