I was rear ended and my car was totaled I received two impacts causing my shoulder tendon to rupture, and had surgery. I was in a lot of pain, and was not too sure about my rights or what to do. I'm glad I was referred by a good friend to Kramer Law. Kramer Law answered all my questions and concerns. I'm glad I was represented by Ron Kramer, and his wonderful team. I'm so HAPPY with the Fantastic out come with how my case was handled. Kramer Law has the best team in their firm they worked together to get me a great settlement. Thank you Anabel, Sarai, and Mila. Mr. Kramer was on top of my case making sure everything was being handled great. I will definitely call you again for any legal advise.

I came here after another law firm wouldn't get me the medical treatment I needed, these guys bent over backwards to do everything they could for me. 30 months later, my case has finally been settled. Geico did not want to cover anything and were dragging their feet as hard as they could. The person responsible for our 7 car pileup also had Geico so Geico couldn't recoup the cost of paying me out. In the end, they decided to pay equal portions out to the dozen or so people involved in the accident since the business driver that caused the accident had the cheapest policy allowed under Utah law. In the end, my medical costs were over $30k, and I didn't even finish treatment. Geico ended up paying out $22,500 thanks to my high PIP coverage. Rather than sending me a bill for over $7,000, Kramer Law got my medical bills reduced by several thousand dollars. They also discounted the attorney fee so I didn't have to pay them anything out of pocket. I actually got away with a bit of money! I easily could have been screwed over by a lazy injury attorney, but Kramer pulled through. I will say 4 stars because my case was passed around constantly, with people at Kramer seemingly quitting every 6 months, but my process also took 30 months (way longer than most cases). The communication was not good from Kramer law. I did have periods where communication was okay, but then I would hear nothing back for several months and phone calls weren't returned. I did feel like they dropped the ball there. When I did reach them, they got things done. Their ogden office also closed due to people quitting so that might have played a roll in my case being passed around several times. I am grateful I used Kramer's recommended doctors because I think the discount they gave was in large part due to that business connection. In one case, the doctor actually reduced my bill by 46% because of that. All in all I know injury attorneys are easy to find, but I would pick Kramer again any day. They pulled through in the end and helped me out of a bad situation that wasn't my fault. The discounts really helped me out. If you are getting an injury attorney, you need to know that they have your back and that they are actually trying everything they can to help you. I believe Kramer Law Group fits the bill, literally and figuratively. Choose Kramer Law!

They helped us with what seemed like an impossible case. The only reason it wasn't five star is its not always easy to get a hold of them.
