I have worked with Andy Delaney! Andy was there for me anytime I had questions or concerns. He handled my case with expertise. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle any legal matters. I hired Samuel’s Dworkin & Mark Poulin back in 2020 out of Barre. The time I ever needed a lawyer and did not know what to expect. They were recommend by a friend. My case was dragged out for almost 2 years due to Covid. They stuck with it and stayed in communication, charged fairly, and searched every possible option until they found the best. They were great to work with!! Both with great personalities and very knowledgeable/ determined. They even told me options I could have in the future due to a new law that passed. I will definitely recommend them and use them again if I am ever in need of a lawyer. Thank you so much gentlemen!

As Good as it Gets I met Attorney, Andrew Delaney at Martin and Associates through a chance meeting more than 7 years ago. I had a complex legal issue at the time and he successfully assisted me where other lawyers had turned me away. Since then, my family and I have hired Andy in two additional legal actions and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. In my experience, most lawyers are anxious to take legal matters to court because that's where they make most of their money, not Andy. He is always conscious of his client's finances first. He is truly a master negotiator and views using the court system as a last resort and only if the opposing party is acting unreasonable. I can't recommend him highly enough. If I had anything negative to say about Andy it's about the way he dresses. I can't say that I have ever seen him in anything other than a three-piece suit. It may be overkill for little ole' Vermont. But if you're only gripe with your lawyer is that he dresses too nice, you know you have a GREAT lawyer!

Amazing law firm..good response time to any question you have..definitely knows there way around à court room!! I'd like to personally thank Britney La Berge, for a job well done..and being I believe the youngest on the team took on one of the most agressive lawyers I've ever seen in my 7year battle..I had 3 other lawyers before that either failed or backed down...I'd choose Martin&Delaney any day..

The professionalism of this Law Group is above and beyond my expectations. Attorney Andrew Delaney is a no nonsense lawyer who knows his business, he also has a heart for his clients and looks out for the clients best interest. If you have a personal injury case this Law Firm is the only way to go. The Attorneys will be straight up with you and ultimately do their best to win your case. I am very glad they handled my case and very happy with the outcome.
