I recently had a need to consult with a personal injury attorney and I was lucky to find Bill Leckerling. He is smart and incredibly sensible, and inspired my confidence with his practical and ethical approach to the matter I brought to him. I would not hesitate to consult with him in the future, and will certainly send any friends or family with similar legal needs to him.

Lisman lies and understands that the legal system is not an ethical system but one of asset exchange and assignment among preferred participants....one that can absorb an enormous amount of deceit. He's commoditized his Harvard credential and his political affiliations to make Vermont's legal system unbearable. It's little more than brutal careerists with the occasional subnormal and comedic relief (Skoglund). Congratulations on financial success at the expense of what makes life worth living.

I had Attorney Kozlowski in the Lisman Leckerling office represent me on an extremely complex probate case in a different county that took years for the executor to finalize. He is extremely competent, dedicated, fair and he explains complex financials clearly. Among other corrections he made along the way, he realized the estate taxes had been filed incorrectly and corrected them. If I could give him ten stars I certainly would.

When my husband was injured I sought out advice from friends and family as to an attorney to represent us in a medical malpractice lawsuit. Bill Leckerling was the name that kept coming up. I met with Bill and he was very supportive. I approached him at a time when my husband was in the hospital and the prognosis didn't look good. He patted my hand while I cried in his office. Then, he asked me pertinent questions about my husband's health and what had happened to him just prior to the hospitalization. When he agreed to take the case I was very relieved because I knew that my husband Greg and I would get justice. Bill is like a bull dog. Once he grabs on, he doesn't let go. He researched every possibility about the issues that we had and came up with very viable solutions and then pursued every avenue. He didn't stop until we, his clients, were completely satisfied. We sued the responsible party and we had a positive outcome. All the while, for over 2 years, Bill was 110% with us. He did an outstanding job during the presentation phase of the case, proving that the other party was responsible for my husband's loss of fingers and toes. It's been 6 years, and while my husband will never be the man he was, at least we have been able to pick up our lives and move forward, and I give Bill Leckerling the credit for helping us do that. Bill is certainly the best medical malpractice lawyer not only in knowledge, but also in grit, style, substance, understanding the in's and out's of the case, and in making us feel comfortable and well informed as to what would happen next.
