Carey Rose at Rose law had represented me in a worker’s compensation case. Her and her staff made sure that everything from weekly payments to all doctors appointments were made. Most lawyers don’t even want to speak to you after they have your case but that’s NOT how Carey Rose works. Carey is very patient when speaking with her clients and extremely knowledgeable about the law she practices. Her staff is just as professional and detailed as you would expect support staff to be. Carey will always work in your best interest. You couldn’t get better representation from a lawyer. I would I highly recommend Carey Rose at Rose law in Essex Vermont above all others.

Thank you so much Carey Rose,Terrie,and Libby for Everything that you guy's done for me and my case. In 2017 I got injured at work and I thought I could do my Compensation claim by myself without any Lawyer, and I thought I was doing really good Job of doing it. But then The Workers Compensation Stopped paying my medical bills and denied my Claim. Then my husband and I Contacted Carey Rose Office, after meeting Carey I knew that I wanted her for my case. If I could give this firm 10 stars I would!! Carey, Terry and Libby are all so awesome! I absolutely recommend them! I was injured while working in late 2017 and my injury was immediately accepted by WC. I was able to continue to work with some restrictions, and for months WC covered weekly PT as well as visits to several specialists. When I discovered I was going to need a large and unique surgery, WC was quick to deny me coverage. A few weeks later I was laid-off from this job and a couple weeks after that WC filed to cut me off of all medical benefits. I didn’t know what to do, now I needed this major surgery but had no way of paying for it on my own. I was encouraged to seek legal counsel and not knowing how to find the right lawyer I called the Vermont Bar Association who gave me the number for Rose Law. I remember calling and explaining my situation and it was like they just scooped me up with open arms! They worked so hard to get me to where I am today! At almost 3yrs post injury and 2yrs post surgery I am finally at my medical end and Carey and the team were able to help negotiate an agreement with the WC ins co. I am very happy to finally have all of this behind me, it has been a long hard process but these ladies are so great and always made me feel so comfortable, they definitely had my back! I was injured on the job and less than a year later my repair to my original injury failed while I was home so I was denied workers compensation and was fired as a result of not being able to return back to work and obviously I would've been alot happier if I was never injured but im happy with the outcome of hiring Rose Law Firm and the outcome to my case

I wish it were possible to give the team at Rose Law more than five stars. The personal attention I received is remarkable and their determination is unmatched. I was always made to feel like I was their only client. Whether it was after hours, on the weekend, they were out of state on vacation or a holiday; If there was an issue they were available to me and looked out for my best interests even on their own time. Terry was my champion. Always going the extra mile and beyond to help. Always just a phone call away, happy to explain things to me, no matter how many times I've already asked the same question. All this made me feel safe, secure and protected. In 2011 I was injured at work and in early 2012 had surgery. The insurance company abruptly cut off my benefits, mid-rehab, and refused to pay for any future physical therapy as well as the sessions I had already attended. None of which was appropriate but because I was without legal representation I was unaware. In 2014 I contacted Carey hoping to get the insurance company to pay the unpaid bills. This is not how a law firm makes money but Carey took my case anyhow. She told me that she may be able to get the bills paid but did not think she could get my claim re-opened. However, thanks to the dogged determination of the team at Rose Law and Carey's knowledge of Work-Comp rules, my claim was reopened in full. It's been 5 plus years since she took my case, a second surgery and literally thousands of hours of P.T. (none of which would have happened without Rose Law) with hundreds of hours spent with me on the phone and all the while their concern was my best possible recovery. Never in that time was I brushed-off, rushed to settle nor was the concern about the firm getting paid. In fact, quite the opposite. It was always about my rights and my best recovery. In the end I received the utmost medical care possible and as a result my best possible recovery but only because I had Carey, Terry and Libby looking out for me. There is no way the insurance company would have paid for any of it unless Rose Law made them. Also, Carey skillfully negotiated a considerable settlement on my behalf which will help me immensely now and going forward. I was going through a difficult time in my Workman's Comp claim; I was told to seek legal advice. If it wasn't for Carey I wouldn't have been able to get the treatments I needed and compensations I deserved.
