I found Erin Gallivan at a very low point in my life and with her help I have been able to obtain all the benefits that Workers Compensation Laws provide. My battle is not over yet but I am very confident and capable to continue the fight with Erin and her partners by my side. Erin is up to date with all the laws and if she has questions herself she is not afraid to ask her partners for help. I would recommend anyone having Workers Comp questions to speak with Erin, you will get answers and a new sense of confidence and peace.

Erin,Nancy and the whole staff were as professional as can be but also made you feel more then a client.They were very friendly and attentive and always got back to you with a few hours or the next day if you had questions.Erin got me everything that i was entitled to with my workmen comp.I would highly recommend her and her staff to anyone going through a battle with workmen comp.Ive done it several times already.Great law firm.

Meub Gallivan and Larson is an excellent law firm in Rutland VT. I have never needed a lawyer before and when I went to the firm, I was immediately treated with respect, compassion and dignity. My lawyer there is Erin Gallivan. She is extremely diligent and thorough! I would highly recommend this firm and Erin specifically to anyone who needs legal help!

When I first approached Erin Gallivan about a potential wage claim, she was up-front, honest, and realistic. She and her team were thorough, diligent and respectful in helping me make my case and, thanks to their work, the matter was settled quickly in mediation.
Erin Gallivan treated me very fairly and helped me stand up for myself. While I hope I never need an attorney for this sort of thing again, I wouldn't hesitate to call her if I did.
