I worked with David Crocco on a personal injury case that was transferred from Massachusetts to Vermont due to an expiring time line for my claim. David was always available, returned phone calls promptly and listened carefully. His intelligence and engaging personality made it easy for me to express any concerns I had. Resolving the claim in a way that was acceptable and important to me was his first and foremost goal. Since he came on board towards the end of the claim time period there was some catching up to do. Dave was very cooperative and proactive in getting up to date on Massachusetts law,, since there are some differences from state to state. There were a few stumbling blocks that he quickly clarified to move forward. As we entered the final negotiation period Dave kept in touch daily to discuss offers and strategies. Again, he always listened to my responses and worked with them accordingly.
