We had dinner in the cellar. Friendly, quick service. Great wine recommendations. We had the deviled eggs appetizer (yum!). The New York steak was delicious. Also had a deconstructed chocolate pie for dessert. We loved this relaxing atmosphere and look forward to returning.

Wonderful atmosphere. Great food. Had to walk 100 steps to get to top . Elevator was out.

I’ve had the T Bone and IYKYK Cheeseburger and both were delicious. The service and vibe are great. The owners are also very kind. I’d highly recommend checking it out.

With the recent new chef, the food is quite extraordinary. The initial ambitious menu was more recently simplified, but every item is a perfect gastronomic treat, in execution, presentation and ambiance. My new favorite place!

Valentine’s Day 2023 my sweetheart hubby and I loved our food, the friendly, knowledgeable staff, the atmosphere, and the other diners as well! After dinner we relaxed by the outdoor fires soaking in the beauty of the night.

Great place for a drink!

We came here last year for the Igloo dinner and had such a wonderful experience. The menu, food and service was 5/5! We also had a birthday in our group and they went above and beyond to make it extra special ( private tour and sampling). When the Igloo’s went up we knew we had to go back! We went last night and experience was nothing like before! Appetizers were decent, but our entrees were served COLD, not lukewarm but cold. I hate to complain, but knew I wouldn’t be able to eat cold steak and shoestring fries(no other option for sides). I asked our waitress if my plate could be heated and she replied all she could do was place it in the warmer for me.. it returned just as cold. The steak was very thin and the whole presentation was just lacking compared to before. Our waitress was sweet but sadly not knowledgeable about drink options and what was available. When making the reservation it asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and we informed we were celebrating a birthday, no acknowledgment was made this time, which isn’t a deal breaker but compared to last year I was surprised. We LOVE the view and setting but will not be back. I truly hope management realizes what a gem this place is and corrects the issues.

Extremely disappointing. Food was served cold and they seemed to be aware that was an issue with the dumb waiter broken. Don’t think we will return. There are definitely better options in the Tri-cities for a nice dinner. It’s unfortunate because Rooftop views and atmosphere were nice.

We have been frequent diners here, but no longer. We had a less than desirable experience here last Thursday night, celebrating a birthday of a dear friend and there were six of us, with a reservation for one of the igloos on the roof. That part of the experience is hard to beat. However, service was very slow, the menu on the roof is now different than the cellar, what a mistake on their part. They were out of the one steak on the menu, replaced by a tough piece of T-bone steak. I ate a burger, not the kind of place we frequent to have a hamburger. Overall, very disappointing! We have a reservation for the rooftop again in January, but cancelling that today. This was absolutely our favorite place to dine, but we are done now, a very embarrassing experience with our friends. Their first and last time there as well! Good luck!
