I recently called the Alvarez firm about a personal injury matter and spoke with Silvano for close to 45 minutes about the case details. He assured me that his office was different from other offices in how they treated their clients or potential clients and that someone would be contacting me within a day or two to follow up. After a few days with no call back, I reached out again and left a message. To date, no one bothered to reply. This is a huge red flag as to this firm's level of care and professionalism. I can only imagine how they would handle a case...thankful that I did not have to find out the hard way! (If available, this firm would have received a ZERO-star rating.)
