The Spiggle Law Firm has a great process that is complimented by their great communication skills. Of course legal matters are never a walk in the park but the folks at Spiggle Law Firm understood the assignment and managed my expectations, they saw my case through and got me the result that I wanted. A very special thank you to Heidi who helped make a stressful transition not as bad, so happy I met her!

Do not use this law firm if you expect to be treated with dignity. If you question them at all, they will hound and bully you until you eventually cave, which is ironic, considering they claim to be experts in employment law. I have a disability with serious evidence of the illegal nature of the termination from my employment. Slam dunk. They didn’t want to do the work. My attorney left mid-case. The very things I was accusing my employer of doing? My law firm did exactly that, with no respect for boundaries or my disorder. Her senior attorney took over. This guy was unbelievably disrespectful, I have no idea how he sleeps at night. Nicole Portnov and Francisco Mundaca. Yea. And don’t use the word “negligence” folks. That word hits the sweet spot, even if their firm is actually negligent and does not pay attention to the details of my case. In the end, I worked for the state, and they secured me a measly amount of money, of which I had to pay them 40% of that settlement. Ms. Portnov was a junior attorney who had very little experience, which I expected, considering my contingency agreement. You have to have money if you want real change to occur. I don’t, but I do have a plethora of emails. Please don’t do it. And stop paying for fake reviews, you don’t have that many clients and you know it. False advertisement at its most pathetic. Allow this review to serve as a public notice: worst law firm ever. Saul Goodman could have done a better job as a one man operation. At least he wasn’t afraid of Goliath. All around a disgusting experience.

The Spiggle Law firm is highly recommended. In the situation I was in with my employer there is no way I could have navigated this maze of nonsense without the help of my assigned attorney and her team. She made me feel a lot more comfortable moving forward with negotiations and she was always on top of things. She advised me correctly and did not allow me to cave to nonsense offers. They made sure that the agreement was fair and did not set me up for another problem in the future. They also properly prepared me for each deposition and advised me of my options every step of the way. She also laid out every scenario that could happen and what the benefits and/or consequences would be. The Spiggle Law firm is terrible. They promised expertise with military related lawsuits. They assigned me an attorney that was like old stale bread. He had no balls, expertise and even resigned from the firm without anyone telling me. this was an expensive and 100% useless law firm. Save your money and hire a professional law firm. Worst of the worst! The assigned attorney was a dead fish that left the firm without telling me! Then i was supposed to speak to another attorney that never had time to talk to me. Mr. Mundaca was the rudest person that I have ever spoken with at the firm. A complete jckass. The response from the owner of the firm was, Sorry, I hope we can regain your trust. That after aa terrible attorney, a firm that did little but eat up my money without results and abandoned me and a follow up lawyer that was a rude buffoon that have no time for me. WASTED TIME AND MONEY I should have sucked it up and went to Disney

A $4000 retainer??? Even before telling me if I have a case! Ridiculous. If you have money by the boatload and not suffering from the costs of inflation than this may be the place for you. If you are a regular person trying to make it to the next check stressed...keep searching!
