Even though the firm did not have an attorney barred in my state. They were able to give me the information and referrals I need to move forward. Spiggle has been the best resource I have found so far.

From the intake process through to file closure, the firm and its professionals are highly organized and engaged. Though it is a high volume practice, someone from the firm is constantly in touch with clients between meetings with their attorneys to ensure satisfaction. My attorney, Ivey Best was wonderful. The events associated with my case took place over a long and complicated timeline. As with many cases I imagine, it was emotionally charged. She handled everything with patience and aplomb. Unfortunately they tried to get money from me in a labor case that wasn't feasible given the fact that I was unjustly let go from my job. No job equals no money which I let them know from the beginning. Slam dunk case that they could easily gotten attorney fees included with the settlement.

Once retained, the Spiggle Law firm was very responsive and provided me with specific and relevant input into my requests for a Religious Exemption and a Religious Accommodation. My employer initially approved my Religious Exemption, but verbally (and in writing) denied my Religious Accommodation request. Once Spiggle Law Firm responded to the denial request, however, my Religious Accommodation request was granted.
