They have you submit a form online (even though they pay someone to answer the phones as an "intake specialist"). Then I received an email saying an attorney would like to meet with me for a "Strategy Conference" costing $465 for the hour. No way. Find someone who will work on a contingency basis. If they really thought I had a case they should be offering to meet with me for free.

I had a great experience with Spiggle Law Firm. Robert Porter was my attorney. He was very responsive, professional, and caring. My employment matter took a great deal of time and patience, but in the end, the outcome was in my favor, thanks to Mr. Porter. He did a fantastic job. I "highly" recommend The Spiggle Law Firm. My experience with everyone at the firm was professional and reliable. My attorney helped me understand the law and how it applied to my case. My attorney talked me through my options and helped me make the decisions that were important in a timely manner. My attorney worked with me and provided "expectation management" so that I understood the reality of my case and what I should expect. I was kept informed through out the process and was provided updates on a regular basis. I was dissatisfied with paying $600 an hour in fees for them to read about my case, review all the documents they asked for, and at $600 an hour during my initial call, I still needed to inform my attorney of what the documents said because she had no idea what the case was about. The letter they wrote my employer was mediocre as other reviews said. They weren't easy to get an touch with, wanted to postpone my case because of their availability, I ultimately obtained different counsel. I noticed a swarm of positive reviews following negative ones I wish I had believed. I wonder why.

I generally send a letter or something when I want to share good news about a service I received. Due to Covid-19, and the way we live now, I think it's important to post my comments on a public forum. I was in need of legal services for an employment issue, and I received recommendations from various friends on several law firms to meet with. I went through the initial consultation and intake process, to settle on Spiggle Law Firm. It wasn't just about the owner's comments on their website, but it was also the intake process to determine if I even had a case. Talking on the phone during that process was very good. The young lady assisting me, was amazingly calm and reassuring. She made me feel like what I was experiencing was not simply just in my head. She listened, took notes, and provided me with instructions on what to do next. So, after the intake process I was contacted by attorney April Fearnley, and it was the best experience ever. Having no prior experience with legal matters, I immediately trusted her and felt that she understood what I was experiencing and help navigate me through the process. The most important part of the initial process was doing my chronology, because it helped me remember and document things so that I would be prepared for the questions that would be asked. April, did not waste time, she and her team (Erin Schatsiek), always had time for me, and they in most cases, provided me information before I even had to contact them. They were direct, knowledgeable, engaging and very patient with me. If I had a question, they addressed it directly. We spoke often, and I trusted April to speak on my behalf when I was unable to be available for the back and forth negotiation process. We reached a settlement in what I found was record time. At the same time, I was going through personal family situations with an ailing mother, and the law firm sent me flowers and condolences when my mother passed. All taking place during our working relationship. I would highly recommend The Spiggle Law Firm and April Fearnley in particular. I almost wish she practiced in more areas than employment.
