I strongly recommend Spiggle Law Firm. They are extremely customer focused and keep you up to date from day one until the completion of your case. I give them five stars.

Tom has been a colleague of mine for years. He's one of the few attorneys that has considerable courtroom experience. I think this gives him essential insight into how to help clients with their case--not just in theory, but when faced with the litigation process and a jury. I recommend his firm to people looking for an employment discrimination lawyer regularly.

Although I had issues with my attorney Sharilyn Youtz, the CEO Brian Formagus assisted me in resolving them and I thank him for that. Mr. Formagus worked really hard resolving the issues and turned my negative experience to somewhat positive. Jo Anne Blackmon provided a great cutomer service in trying to get my concerns heard. If you hire this firm and face problems make sure you speak to the manager, supervisor, or anyone higher than your attorney. Sometime lack of communication can lead to much bigger issues but it's worth trying all your options before leaving bitter. Based on my personal experience, I suggest the following improvements to the attorney: - truly believing the clients' case and carrying that attitude all the way - effective communication between client and attorney such as providing updates on regular basis - providing a plan of action and setting clear expectations - clear, concise, reasonable billings - understanding your clients' situation and putting your absolute best in handling the case Lastly, I don't recommend Sharilyn Youtz at all. Do your research on the attorney before hiring them. I went along with whomever they assigned me, and that backfired twice! My first attorney, Matthew Mihalich was absolutely terrible and it appears that he no longer works at this firm. Working with Sharilyn Youtz was a nightmare and I didn't get the results I wanted after putting so much effort in this case. It was a complete waste of my time and energy. I didn't need this stress on top of what I went through!

Recently I had the opportunity to work with the Spiggle Law Firm utilizing a "Strategy Conference" with attorney April F. The website initial data capture process was simple and it worked fast. I met with April via a voice call, paying the fee for the Strategy Conference, and it was definitely worth the fee to speak with a professional, providing me with a "best case" result after reviewing my situation. Thank you!

I highly recommend this law firm. In addition to highly competent and professional attorneys and staff, everyone I dealt with was very personable. They never talked down to me or made me feel uncomfortable asking a question. Between that and the results of my case, I couldn't suggest a better team.

The absolute worst! They technically stole $2000.00 from me. Case was to be started in October 2019. When i gave them the money which was to be for a demand letter. Which they were confident in telling me " I'm sure we will be able to get you compensation this is prior to giving them the $2000.00. "Oh we would not even take the case if we new we couldn't get you compensation sir". After the $2000.00 was paid was when they started slow dragging the demand letter. I provided them with names of witnesses as well as contact info as well as email confirmations. They never indicated they needed more info from me till late December 2019. By the time i got it to them i was hit with an excuse of oh its the holidays people are off so we will not be able to send your letter out or have it ready till after Jan 3, 2020. This is all for a Demand letter!!!! The lawyer i had seem to be really Rude when we were in emails responses without the firm added on as soon as i added the firms name on he tend to be a bit more approachable. I was hit with excuse after excuse on why the demand letter had not gone out in October, November, December Oce they sent it out the end of Jan 2020. They indicated first of Feb 2020 Oh we may have to switch you to an hourly rate after the end of Feb 2020 if you want to wait for a response from the employer. Well far as i see it if you all had not waited till Jan when everything hit the fan about Covid 19 we would not be in the position of no response and me being out of $2000.00. Beware they are not who they seem to be from the nicer reviews left. They drag their feet to pull as much money out of you as possible. Now i have no response and out $2000.00 and all i got from them was a thank you letter mailed to me. Never EVER GO to them for any labor law issues period!!!!

This law firm represented me in an ADA discrimination case against my employer and my attorney was Joanne Dekker. All I can say is, stay away! My strategy meeting and initial consultation went okay, but it all went downhill from there. Since I am a better writer than talker, I sent a statement to the paralegal that was supposed to be my point of contact. Based on subsequent conversations it is clear that the attorney never read it. I was on numerous occasions contacted by paralegals to request information that they already had and then I was billed for this. For example, I would get an email asking for my mailing address, something they already had. The two legal documents they produced for me had so many typos, I had to spend significant time correcting it. They even misspelled their own firm name on one of them. Of course I was billed for all this as well as their valuable time looking at my corrections. They often contained factual errors I had to correct as well or missing key information. During meetings with my attorney I would constantly have to remind her of facts. Even at my EEOC mediation meeting she did not seem to know the facts well. At one point prior to this I tried to meet with her but could not get ahold of someone in the office. After being bounced around to several people, because I was apparently the first person to ever want to talk to my attorney and they weren't sure what to do, I got an email from the head paralegal apologizing to me for dropping the ball on my case and asking forgiveness. Nice email to a client! The worst part is that the attorney didn't advise me about the risks of going forward with my case. It was dependent largely on emotional damages. She talked to me like this was easy, but the EEOC pushed back a lot, and in that meeting she admitted my case was very weak. I might have reconsidered the matter if I knew this, but at this point they had their money and were happy. If you like your attorney not knowing the facts, legal documents full of typos and missing information, and the worst office staff you could possibly dig up, this firm may be right for you.

Quick to get my money but nothing else. Spent an hour talking with my attorney Matt, they researched OSHA laws, and drafted an abysmal letter that I had to make corrections on and it seemed to be lazily written. They had no idea if the people they sent the letter to had received it; I'm shocked they didn't certify the letter. After spending $3000, I canceled my services, and they refunded my remainder back to me twice, one by check and the other back onto my card; I then received an email from them a week later saying they had double refunded my account and wanted the amount back. Horribly managed firm and I would advise anyone reading this to stay away and find another place if you value your time, money and sanity.
