I had a car accident couple months ago and I google searched attorneys in my area, Blaszkow Legal popped up and I read the reviews so I decided to use their services, Best decision I've made in a while. DAN (DANIEL M. SZIEBER) is very professional and cooperative, He will always tell you facts and will let you decide without pushing you to do things the easy way. I've also worked with Matt (Matt Mcmullan) and he is also very professional and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I want to shout out the firm's professionalism, follow up, and attentiveness to their clients. TLDR version: Blaszkow Law is leaps and bounds ahead of the big-firm “super lawyers” in Washington that may be more prominent on the internet and advertising for injury cases. From my experience, Blaszkow Law is the top firm for personal injury in the metro area in really every category. Let me start by saying that throughout my case, I had interacted with and had my case discussed and offered to be taken by multiple Washingtonian “Top Law” and head-of-the-bar-association types, including the individual acclaimed name-brand partners at those firms, and I did have multiple consultations with them in-office that were fruitful and helpful. With that said, Joseph Blaszkow and the team at Blaszkow law just simply and frankly blew the top firms away in every category of service initially and on an ongoing basis throughout my case. Obviously, I can’t speak on what the outcome would have been in terms of conclusion had I gone with another firm, but my entire experience with Blaszkow was hyper-comprehensive, professional, compassionate, flexible, trustworthy, ethical, and totally and above all else simple, straightforward, direct, and to-the-point. It was easy! It was zero-stress! Joseph Blazkow and another incredible attorney who I believe is his son are in my humble opinion possessed of a legal mastery and full-picture understanding of the relevant laws and legal strategy that you would expect from Harvard Law Review or something like that, but with none of the aloof attitude and lack of transparency of the mega-firms. Matt, the head of research and paralegal at the firm is an extremely comprehensive and seasoned investigator who is on your side and doesn’t waste your time. Nothing gets left out. In addition, the firm from what I understand distinguishes itself even more through the use of cutting-edge technology that matches and predicts the new softwares insurance companies use to compute and spit-out a pre-calculated settlement. These people are on the bleeding-edge of the law. Took me a while to write this review bc I wanted to take a step back from my emotions. They get the job done and answer emails + calls timely. But, I had to do a LOT of legwork, correct them when they told me to get my car "fixed" which was really upsetting, and remind them several times that I'm a "Ms." not a "Mr." Again though, they get the job done. Experience wasn't great, but yes, I would recommend others to them.
