I asked Stephen to review a non-compete and confidentiality agreement I had signed with my employer. I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be at risk of lawsuit by accepting a job I was interested in. Stephen was extremely thorough in his review. He raised issues I had not even considered and provided well-reasoned advice.
