“A bit lacking on customer service and manners. Every time I call them my 'hellos', 'good mornings' and 'have a nice day' are greeted with silence, a hang up click or some snarky response.”

Cancellation of appointments without notice
“The attorney, Haddow, I had a meeting appointment with decided to cancel on me after reading my objectives from a new attorney. I was driving from Manassas to Arlington, and halfway there, I had to make a U-turn and come back home. Disappointing!”
