Frank really is an excellent attorney. He kept me calm through the whole legal process, provided all the info I needed and was very knowledgeable and helpful the whole time. I was looking at 5-10 years and Frank did his best and in the end I received two years of probation. I recommend Frank to everyone and anyone. Hands down a super hero of a lawyer!! Extremely Greatful!! The Best!!

I had a serious problem with the federal authorities. One of the biggest federal cases to come through Northern Virginia. Frank Salvato was quick to respond and with his vast knowledge of the federal system, was able to get charges dismissed after a long battle. This was not a one and done situation--my case required a lot of work and dedication. Very happy with the result. Frank was always in touch, and very creative in his approach, and kept my spirits high during a difficult time for me and my entire family.

Frank was able to get both my DWI and refusal charge reduced to a reckless driving charge without going to trial. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, easy to talk to, and very experienced. I highly recommend his services!

Always took a check on time, but lagged getting anywhere with the Alexandria prosecutor. As time went on, the more and more you started to hear how much his "hands were tied". Did the absolute minimum.

I often wish there were more attorneys like Frank out there. Frank does a remarkable job of balancing the traits of aggressiveness in defense, a non-judgmental attitude towards his client, along with a surprising degree of compassion towards his clients given his length of time as a lawyer. His length of time in the same area also means that he has a cordial working relationship with the attorneys on "the other side" that can be a help depending on the circumstances.

First off Frank is not judgemental,he will make you feel comfortable and tell you where you stand and what he can and cannot do without favor or bias. He doesnt make you feel like a criminal but like a client. He is friendly,knowledgeable and result oriented.I would definitely recommend him
