Jessica is an excellent attorney who works for your best interest and does not engage in petty issues. She gives sound advice that helps her clients come to the best and most equal division of assets. She is calming when she needs to be and fierce and controlling when the situation calls for it. What I respect most about her was her "high road" tactics and her best interest in her client and her client's children. Divorce is not fun and custody is equally as hard but she made sure that my interests and my child's interests were the most important and not "petty" jabs. Jessica strongly encourages working with opposing parties and finding an agreeable solution. I would recommend her to others and will continue to retain her for as long as I need counsel.

Jessica helped me navigate the divorce process with agility and constantly provided strategic advice. Without her, I know that my divorce settlement would have been much worse. I had three other Lawyers before Jessica. I watched her argue a case while I was waiting for my lawyer to fumble my case. The next day I hired Jessica. I've been to court for one trial and multiple motions to include a motion to show cause against my ex-wife, and she was exceptional each time. She is very knowledgeable. She is efficient. She has been right about everything. And she hasn't lost yet.

I hired Ms.Leischner to assist me in getting through a difficult divorce as I was also retiring. She is exceptionally intelligent and quite deft in using her experience and strong common sense. Her mix of legal training and personal skills were vital in dealing with my former wife's many challenges to me personally and legally to my assets and my retirement annuity. I saw Jessica Leischner for a consultation regarding a child custody case where I wanted to take my child out of the country with me for work. The first red flag was when she asked me if there was any way to manipulate my husband into letting me take my child out of the country and then file for custody. Then she gave me incorrect information as to when to file in order to get a custody order by January. She charged for the consultation, including the time I waited in the waiting room and her office while she wasn't even there. Just terrible on every level.
