Mr. Brandt worked magic. It was easy and stress free. It's not fun losing a house and two cars but that being said it doesn't have to be the end of the world. I'd recommend this law firm if you need help. Don't wait, just get it over with.

I am so embarassed to admit that initially, I was extremely skeptical of Attorney Brandt's ability to help me through what I intended to be a painstaking and difficult process. I was just a tad presumptuous based on my experience during the initial consultation. Attorney Brandt asked a lot of pertinent questions but, it was the note-taking that troubled me, LOL!!! Do yourself a favor, LOOK AWAY! Do not try to make sense of what he's writing! I kept saying to myself, how dare this man sit over there drawing bubble figures and stick people as I sit here pouring my heart out to him!!!! The plan was to walk out of his office that day and never look back. I consulted with other attorneys but, since I am one who not only pays attention to reviews but, rely largely on aura and energy, I found myself right back in that office, ready and willing to work with a great team in Attorney Brandt and Paralegal - LaWanda Gray-Henry. The energy was positive!! They made me feel welcomed..like family. The tone was patient and understanding which is just what you need when going through a life-altering issue. Imagine my surprise when Attorney Brandt was able to recite without fail, EVERYTHING we had discussed during that initial consult when I thought he wasn't paying attention! There is a method to the madness so, please do not be thrown off by the bubble figures and stick people! During my legal process, I had a host of personal issues that I was addressing concurrently..not only was an unfamiliar level of patience displayed when I failed to submit a document timely, I could feel the sincerity and genuine regard that was stated for my personal issues as they tackled my legal issues. Attorney Brandt and LaWanda Gray-Henry are caring professionals. They addressed my case with confidence and ease! I am not someone who posts reviews, but in this situation, I believe that should share my experience with others in hope that it is helpful to those out there in a similar situation. About two years ago, I was completely overcome with financial debt stemming from multiple hearings/trials predicated by an extremely contentious divorce and custody battle between my ex-wife and I. Previous to the divorce, I had never had any issues with debt or credit. After the smoke had settled, I was left with a mountain of debt and with little options. I had a significant amount of credit card and personal loan debt after paying my attorney's fees, not to mention I was court ordered to pay a large percentage of my ex-wife's legal fees along with a significant amount of spousal support. That's when I started considering bankruptcy. Something I would’ve never thought could happen to me. I had my initial consultation with Robert where I outlined my entire financial situation, putting everything on the table (not secrets), everything transparent so that Robert could make his best decision to both have me as a client and fight my case. Robert Brandt is an absolute professional, and knows his craft! When I hired him to represent me, we sat down and he explained to me in detail what my options were and what the plan was. Even when I thought things were going sideways during the confirmation hearings, Robert reassured me that what I was seeing and hearing was part of our plan and that everything would be OK. Robert represented me admirably and I can't express enough gratitude for his tireless work. He was able discharge all of my unsecured debt and he was even able to significantly reduce my secured debt obligation to my ex-wife. At the end of the day, my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy was confirmed just as Robert had predicted from our first consultation meeting. Take it from me, Robert is very reasonably priced and you want him on your side during this very difficult time in your life. I know for a fact that if I hadn't reached out to Mr. Brandt when I did, and had he not fought for me the way he had, my financial situation would be significantly worse.
