Besides marrying my wife, hiring Joe King as my attorney was the best decision of my life. Right from the start, I felt like I was in good hands. I could tell he really cared about my situation and believed me. He and his excellent support team of investigators and analysts methodically collected evidence to prove my innocence. When the accusers saw the defense strategy Joe had crafted, they crumbled like a house of cards - case dismissed! I got my life back! I am forever grateful to Joe King!

Our friend "K" and another one of our good buddies were arrested at a Crosby Stills and Nash concert at Wolf Trap for possession of Marijuana. "K" hired King, Campbell, and Poretz, and Ryan Campbell defended "k", pled him innocent, and won "K's" case without a tarnish to "K's" record. Our other friend was nervous and got another lawyer his family was familiar with, spent more money, and all that lawyer plead our other friend guilty. I needed an attorney for a traffic related ticket, that could have been very bad, and was referred to Joe King, by a well respected attorney and friend, with the words: “King will get you the best outcome you can possibly get. I’d go with King if it was me.” And he was right! Mr. King has the ability to really and truly listen, and then starts to strategize from a point of understanding. My experience with the entire office was great, but observing Mr. King when he “puts his thinking hat” on and lists similar cases that were ruled in a desirable outcome, or the opposite, and why....is what made me want to leave a review, for those of you who are anxious. Because at the end of the day, the ability to connect the dots and “think” is what makes an attorney truly great, and that’s what you get with Mr. King.

He was able to secure 2 sanctions against plaintiff in a frivolous lawsuit against me, and brought in my ex-husband to pay majority of the remaining fees (THANKS GH!!). In January of this year I was in desperate need of help. After an incident with my dog and another dog, I was incorrectly informed by Animal Control and lead to believe that this would only result in a civil matter if anything at all. A month after the incident I received an email from Animal Control stating that I was being served with a dangerous dog charge, which in fact is a criminal charge in Arlington County. I am a rule follower, respect the law and also work in public accounting so this not only scared me to death but came at the worst possible time as late winter and spring are my most stressful and busiest months.
