Occasional issues with customer service and communication
“A bit lacking on customer service and manners. Every time I call them my "hellos", "good mornings" and "have a nice day" are greeted with silence, a hang up click or some snarky response.”

Cancellation of appointments
“The attorney, Haddow, I had a meeting appointmen with decided to cancel on me after reading my objectives from a new attorney. I was driving from Manassas to Arlington, and halfway there, I had to make a U-turn and come back home. Disappointing!”
