Wallace B. Wason, Jr. represented our family in a case involving complex litigation, which involved multiple corporate and individual defendants, and as plaintiffs, a family including two minor children as well as a business. He filed our complaint within a narrow 90 days before the statute of limitations ran, and a counter-complaint soon thereafter. He was aggressive and impressive, both in the courtroom and in pleadings which is reflected in the opinions of the Court. Ultimately, one corporate defendant settled early (in the middle of a deposition) and a final settlement was achieved post-mediation with all parties. We are forever grateful and proud to have had Mr. Wason represent our family and business in our most difficult time and highly recommend him as an attorney and litigator.
