Joseph was extremely helpful to me when I was in a tough situation where the landlord wanted to cancel my lease after it was already signed.
I was rushing to get someone to help as I was going to officially move in the next day, Joseph not only helped me the same day with what to email the landlord to get this resolved legally but I was able to move in with no issues.
