I was closing on my first home and called Mr. Cerroni to attend closing with me. He went over all of the closing documents with me at settlement to ensure that I understood what I was signing. He charged a very fair amount as well. I would definitely recommend hiring him as a real estate attorney!

This guy is a hack. The previous review was exactly accurate. He'll gladly take your money but he's a horrible attorney who hasn't got a clue as to what he's doing. If you're on the receiving end of litigation for this dope his game plan is to try and get as much of a settlement as possible out of you before going to trial. If you go to trial he folds like a house of cards. My advice is to not settle with this guy if you are the defendant. He is truly a shyster. I think he's also been disciplined by the Washington D.C. Bar and possibly the VA Bar.
