I came home from work one day to a note in my chair from my husband of over 28 years saying that he was unhappy and left our marriage. Needless to say, this left me as something of a basket case. Mr. Dannenbaum listened to me. He very carefully walked me through the process of a totally unexpected divorce. He treated me with respect, even on my worse days. Mr. Dannenbaum encouraged me to listen to my own common sense, but was available anytime I needed a legal perspective or a neutral third party opinion. I cannot imagine any attorney working with or for me better than Mr. Dannanbaum. I sincerely believe that I came out of the divorce financially, mentally and emotionally in a good place thanks to the very high quality service provided to me by Mr. Dannenbaum. Mr. Dannenbaum's office is incompetent (or purposefully make mistakes so they can bill you when the should be fixing them). Thanks to his firm, I get half the child support my ex and I agreed to because his office omitted that there were to be two payments per month. The purpose of having an attorney is so they can take care of the final details while the client is emotional. I did not have a good experience. I have expressed this before with no response. If I had known more at the time this happened, I would have filed an ethics complaint against him.
