Ben is the BEST!!! I Know lawyers unfortunately i was a passenger in more than few accidents, most lawyers they make back door deals with insurance adjusters they get a bonus for throwing you under the bus and making sure you settle for nothing , BIG BEN WILL GET YOU THE BENJAMINS! The Bike Lawyer lives up to his name. Mr. Deming's services were rendered in a timely, pleasant, coherent, and professional manner. He literally wrote a book on DC/NOVA bicycle law and how it relates to personal injury cases. It's a highly specialized niche he's operating in, which gives him a distinct advantage over more diversified personal injury firms. In the end I was fully compensated for all of my property damages and medical bills.
