I would not recommend using Monge & Associates. I am working with Shelby Valentino & from start to finish has had terrible communication throughout this process in a seemingly open and close case where not a whole lot needed to be done. There was a period I had to find another lawyer because she just disappeared for an extended amount of time and instead of giving us to someone else she just left us in the dark. My girlfriend got hit from the back while pregnant and has gone through financial hardships and instead of showing empathy towards us she wanted us to show empathy towards her. Very unprofessional even towards the end when it comes to communication about settlement prices take long periods of times & promises callbacks which take forever. i think you can find a better firm to represent you.

The employee Nikki was very patient and understanding. She listened to all I had to say before responding. She was intentionally working to understand my situation and working to provide a resolution. I am very pleased with the srvice I was provided.
