Alex did a great job of handling my traffic citation in a local district court — when I contacted him, he was responsive and clear about what the process would look like. He was also so encouraging, which relieved my stress about the whole situation! I really appreciated that Alex provided multiple avenues of communication (email, text, phone) depending on what was needed, and kept up communication with me throughout the whole process.
