I was cycling to Florida on the Atlantic coast line trail of the adventures cycling association when I got hit by a fast moving car in Washington DC right outside the White House. A bike store told me about Bruce Deming. Bruce immediately gave me the support and legal expertise I needed. He then within a very short time was able to get a settlement from the insurance, which he relayed to me without even taking his commission. I cannot recommend Bruce enough for his extremely fast and superbly executed services.

Bruce gave me peace of mind during one of the most stressful events of my life. I cannot recommend him enough.

Mr. Deming was extremely helpful to me. He gave me advice and honesty after a very traumatic bike crash. This has given me clarity. I am happy I gave Mr Deming a call even though he did not take my case. A very kind and straightforward man. 10/10 would recommend.

Bruce was suggested to me after I was involved in an accident in DC. While it was a hopeless case, Bruce still got back to me by mail within hours after I contacted him, even though he was in Europe at that time. He called me first thing after he returned to the US. He explained the legal situation to me on the phone in detail, not charging a dime. If you are ever involved in an accident on a bike, Bruce is the person to go to, there are good reasons for his reputation as the "bicycle lawyer". I will most certainly keep his number in my contacts to call him first thing in case something happens again.

Mr. Balland is wonderful to work with. He's very knowledgeable and up front about costs and the probable outcome. In my opinion, his fees are reasonable. He's usually in court most mornings so don't expect an early call but he did get back to me in the afternoons when he's back in the office.

Mr. Balland is incredibly disrespectful and I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer to anyone.
