I have know David for a few years because unfortunately I have used him in a couple of dui cases. I would like to first say that if convicted of a dui the expenses are extraordinary. Insurance goes sky rocket mandatory interlock for the car and don't even mention the criminal record portion. David is professional and the most important thing has actually worked as a prosecutor so he knows the law inside and out. I can say I have not seen a day in jail because of David and he will do the same for you.

David Deane is the kind of lawyer you want on your side in a situation that has very many serious life changing consequences. He is extremely professional, honest and explains things in simple terms. I picked the best lawyer and the result of the case was a miracle... Thanks a million David!!

I hired David Deane to represent me for a DWI and refusal case in Arlington County, Virginia. I found him initially in Washingtonian Magazine's Top Criminal Defense attorneys in the area and was impressed with his experience as a prosecutor and defense attorney. I also did some research online and, although he did not have as many reviews as some of the other attorneys, the ones I did read were very positive. So I gave him a call. From the beginning David listened to my case and helped me feel confident about my situation. Of all the attorney's I spoke to, he came across as the most willing to fight on my behalf as opposed to just a plea to make it quicker/easier on everyone. My case was very tricky and David Deane did an incredible job representing me, provided insight along the way, and always made me feel like I had a chance. In the end, things turned out way better than I could have expected. He was very thorough in evaluating the evidence against me and was able to get my charges dismissed.
