This experience couldn't have been more positive for me during a really stressful time in my life. I wrote in their webform asking to speak with someone about my highly complex and highly confusing problem I was having with my apartment building. First off, within an hour (that's right, not even a full hour, even though I was expecting at least 2 days since those webforms sometimes warrant slow responses) I was speaking to someone about my issue. She was very careful, asked questions, repeated to make sure she understood the complexity of my situation, and told me that she would be in touch shortly. She was in touch so promptly to schedule a time to speak with Mr. Krieger, that I missed it until the following day! I wasn't even expecting to look for it, that's how fast it was! I told them my availability with work, and they were very respectful of it. Mr. Krieger was very prompt to our appointment (which always pleases me), and he gave me extremely honest advice that helped me to eventually resolve my issue. So basically, within 24 hours of me submitting a webform I talked to both a legal assistant who patiently worked with me to hash out the details of my case and spoke to the lawyer himself talking about action items and next steps. It definitely put a sense of ease to know that I had a lawyer I could trust on my side to advise me how to deal with a very stressful legal situation. I recommend anyone to Mr. Krieger looking for an affordable, fair, and honest lawyer.

I was very pleased with my experience with Steven Krieger. I completed the workshop session he offered to sort through the dispute I was involved in with a former landlord. The time spent during the session was effective and productive, and the guidance and advice he offered was direct, accessible, and invaluable. After the session, I felt that he was able to provide me with the tools I needed to make sense of, and more importantly, fight the case I was involved in. I highly recommend his services.

I initially contacted this firm via telephone to find out if the issues that I had with a loan company were indeed a violation of consumer law. The person who answered the phone was very patient, attentive, and obtained my information. She stated that she would pass my information on to Attorney Krieger. There are two things that I would like to point out. She listened to me without interrupting and took down my information after I finished (excellent customer service point). When she stated that she would pass the information on directly to Mr. Krieger versus an associate of Mr. Krieger, I was elated! I received a response via email from Attorney Krieger in about 48 hours with a suggestion on how to proceed with my issue. I am truly grateful because I was stressing about how to deal with the company. Although, the issues do not warrant a case at this point, Attorney Krieger took the time to write a thoughtful email giving me some direction without making my issue seem frivolous. As an attorney and realtor, it takes a lot for me to post a 5 star review, but in this case it is well deserved. Steven has proven to be extremely prompt and responsive, and approaches issues with true dedication. He clearly has a passion for his profession, and is an exceptional communicator. You can trust that your questions and concerns will be addressed in a timely manner; he truly seems to care about his clients.

Very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough Retained Steven for a contentious child custody case. At my request, Steven demonstrated a very controlled and patient approach to deescalate the illogical aspects of the case. Steven always maintained my child’s best interests and ensured the final outcome was the best possible given the circumstances. Always responsive and provides sound advice. Very reasonable rates. I would highly recommend Steven for any domestic case requiring a sound logical and down to earth attorney to navigate the challenges of custody disputes.

This was my first legal experience and I could not have hoped for better assistance. Luckily for me the situation resolved itself quickly and I never actually had to engage Steven directly, but even in a tangential capacity, he was extremely responsive, professional, and perhaps most importantly, sympathetic. I felt that he really cared, and was willing to adjust and accommodate in ways I don't presume other attorneys would. To those who are reading this in distress wondering if they're lawyer will care about your circumstance as much as it matters to you, Steven is the right guy to call. He really does embody his practice's tenets and will you practical solutions and honest advice for everyone.

I had a great experience working with Mr. Krieger. I needed help preparing to represent myself for a dispute over a security deposit. After taking advantage of his workshop, I felt confident that I would be able to represent myself in court. He helped me prepare my entire case and was very knowledgeable about the court processes which he explained in an easily understandable way.
