Ms. Pratibha was exceptional in providing all the information that I needed in regards to my current US visa status. I would definitely recommend her for any Immigration related consultations in the Washington, DC metro area.

Earlier this year I consulted with multiple lawyers regarding assistance bringing a surrogate mother of my children to the US. Mrs. Agarwal proposed the best overall strategy including both immigrant and non-immigrant applications. The situation was complex and include a challenging communication chain across multiple time zones. Pratibha consulted my wife and I, my wife translated to Mongolian to our surrogate who then engaged a visa specialist in Mongolia to assist in translating back to English for submission to US embassy. This lengthy translation cycle posed many challenges including miscommunication and alternative strategies that delayed and complicated the process. Pratibha adjusted her strategy to mitigate these risks and supported many early morning and late evening calls essential to accommodate the 12 hour time difference. After an initial rejection of our application Pratibha supported and arranged a second expedited interview within three days including another practice interview additional adjustments to our submission and resulted in a visa being granted just in time for the surrogate to fly to the US before reaching her 28th week when airlines would no longer allow flight. We appreciate everything Pratibha did above and beyond her professional reposnsibilities to help us overcome this challenge and ensure our surrogate and future children could receive the best medical attention the US had to offer.
