“Sometimes a law firm can be TOO big and lack a personal touch. Once they get too big they lose site of things like explaining your case, answering your questions, etc. I felt lost in their intake process and didn't like it.”

“Complete waste of time. Very disorganized. Called me 6 times in one day after I filled out the original inquiry form online. When I finally called them back so they could stop harassing me with phone calls, they transferred me from department to department, collected my personal information (private data like DOB), only then to immediately say I don't have a case.”

“My attorney has no care what so ever for me or my serious inquiries. Never respods to any of my text or calls or emails. I feel like they just want to settle very fast just to get me out of the way. What is the point of retaining an attorney when you were in an accident, not a fault several serious inquiries, and four months into the case they tell stop treatment, we are about to settle for 30k and try to get you as much as possible once they take the 40% , pay the medical bills. What the heck am I left with? I'm left with serious problems, and basically hired them to take their percentage, and have a great day!”
