He is very honest with weighing the pros and cons out, and working with you even outside his work hours when he can. He and his team is very responsive by texts, emails, and calls. He is very patient with explaining things in details, whenever you have any questions. He is very experienced, as I have complications with my names in documents, he was able to make the process very smooth for us. He also has much knowledge in dual citizenships. If you are Taiwanese, Michael Lin has the knowledge as he is also Taiwanese, however, he may not do his services in Mandarin. Michael even helped us practice with mock interview.
