Rapid intake and they do have an app so I gave 2 ⭐️for that. Intake person seemed ok but I was overwhelmed by lots of calls and contact during the intake process. But I felt lost in the fray and never got to speak to anyone other than the intake person. The paralegal (Morgan, coincidentally) was very short with me after a brief conversation where I didn’t feel heard, she confused me entirely about what my accident report said, said I was cited at my car accident, which I was not, so I discontinued service. At least I think I did. She was busy saying what she was saying and wasn’t listening to the needs of the client. Complete lack of compassion and understanding for the client during this whole process. I had just gone through a fairly traumatic car accident and she was just making a snap judgement about my case on a Friday afternoon. I never was even given a chance to speak to an attorney. Sometimes a law firm can be TOO big and lack a personal touch. Once they get too big they lose site of things like explaining your case, answering your questions, etc. I felt lost in their intake process and didn’t like it. No one explained my options. They added stress, if anything. That’s the opposite of what anyone who was just injured in a car accident wants. Bigger isn’t always better, I guess.

Complete waste of time. Very disorganized. Called me 6 times in one day after I filled out the original inquiry form online. When I finally called them back so they could stop harassing me with phone calls, they transferred me from department to department, collected my personal information (private data like DOB), only then to immediately say I don't have a case. I don't mind being told I don't have a case, but I do mind wasting 45 minutes on the phone having ridiculous questions asked (have you already had a settlement? When the incident happened the day before, BE FOR REAL). Ridiculous business, fake 5 stars.
