A month ago my car was hit while it was parked. I had been trying to get the insurance of the person who hit me (Progressive) to help me pick up my car that was in front of my house as a total loss, however they were always very negligent and tried to evade their responsibility. I married my husband (a US citizen) in 2017 and because he lives in Indianapolis, it just made perfect sense to hire an immigration lawyer there. They handled and screwed up our case so badly that after a miserable year our case was denied. The lawyer in Indy then suggested a few options; and discouraged us from appealing. Soon thereafter a friend recommended Jibran Muhammad and we took a chance on him and hired him. He urged for us to appeal the case which was completely the opposite of what the lawyer in Indy advised us. He was very thorough with his job, helping us prepare all the documentation. He doesn’t leave anything to chance and has a positive attitude. Despite the fact that my husband lives in Indianapolis and I currently don’t live in the US, he worked very closely with us, took calculated steps and went far and beyond to get our case approved within five months! We got a RFE on our I130 application and that was when Jibran started handling our application process. He was very professional and he knew what he was doing. He helped us with gathering all the documents required for the response to the RFE. From bring every anxious and confused, we became confident after talking to Jibranb, because knew exactly what is needed. He helped us through the whole process and answered every question we had. My husband and I had a very good experience working with such a patient and amazing lawyer. We look forward to working with him for the rest of the process.
