I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I have received from American Family Estate Planners .Charles Leonhardt was the kind of professional person I was looking for to explain the difference between a revocable living trust and a will. He had the knowledge and experience that showed as he explained the difference between the two. He answered all my questions and was patient to make sure he covered everything that was important to me. Everything was done in order and I am very grateful that I don’t have to worry if anything changes in my life. It’s all done and placed in a Revocable Living Trust Portfolio by American Family Estate Planners. I am happy and recommend them highly. We attended a meeting on Sept 29th at our community clubhouse for a meeting on “wills vs trust estate planning”. We knew we needed to update our will at some point and decided to attend to listen to the presentation. The speaker was Daniel Leonhardt and after approximately an hour, we were so impressed with his knowledge and experience, we signed a contract to proceed with establishing a Revocable Living Trust. Since that night we have navigated the process with guidance from Charles Leonhardt (son). The Attorney who we spoke with was Richard Dezio and he was exceptional as he was very knowledgeable and specialized in estate planning. We concluded the process yesterday with our meeting with Nolan Howe to finalize the “funding” of our Revokable Living Trust. Nolan spent 2 1/2 hours with us reviewing all aspects of our Trust. We were truly impressed with his professionalism and personal nature. In total, our experience with Daniel, Charles, Richard and Nolan has been FIRST RATE! They work as a team and you walk away knowing that you have accomplished a very important life task with a group of seasoned professionals! THANK YOU!!!
