Mr. Pack is a Man of his word....

Each case has sentencing guidelines that will show you the minimum and maximum time requested for jail time. He had my boyfriend agree to 5 months when the maximum guideline was 3 months. I am currently pregnant and Matt made it clear he did not want to be hired to help with a furlough so dad could be present at babies birth. I was told 1000 and he would be escorted by an officer. That is for funerals not a child’s birth. Matt was very rude. The new lawyer requested 400 and dad will be out for 7 days for babies birth. The new lawyer also showed me the sentencing guidelines on the computer yesterday and does not understand why Matt would’ve gotten someone to agree to more time. Do not waste your money on Matt Pack and if you get court appointed to him I highly recommend you get someone else. He does not care and will not fight for your rights. His attitude sucks.

Matt represented me in a custody case and did a stellar job. He is very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the custody process. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney for those matters.
