Sent an email inquiry. Never heard anything for 3 weeks. Was going to call, but decided to do a live chat. Rosa assisted me and was very nice and pleasant. Reviewed my experience and stated that I had never been contacted regarding my email. Received a call from someone representing Spicer. Very rude. Told me a consultation (which I thought was free) would be$225. I finally agreed, but when I went to set the appointment and the name of the company that had made charges against me was revealed, they stated (again very rudely) it would be a conflict and they could not help me. They hung up on me without any further explanation. I may be a convicted felon, but that does not define me . Everyone deserves common courtesy.
