Can't say enough about how much we appreciate Mr. Haynes' attention to our tax matter. Very knowledgeable, and was able to calm our nerves by giving us a clear understanding of the issues, actions to resolution, and what to expect at each step. We are very happy with the final outcome!

My wife and I sold a property and reported the capital gain incorrectly to the IRS. We went to Russ and within a few minutes he knew what happened and what needed to be done. He did not hesitate describing the situation and his confidence put me at ease. Russ indicated we could complete the necessary forms ourselves and send to the IRS. We opted for Russ' help. The issue was resolved quickly and Russ kept in touch with us each time an action occurred, generally from the IRS. He saved our butts and we appreciate it.

In the end, he was extraordinary, saving me tons of money, and allowing me to work with the IRS, with a plan that worked. After a long process, and many payments to the IRS, I made it through. When it comes to taxes, you don't want to mess around. Russ is the best, and he will get you through it. Don't waste your time with anyone else who is not professional, and doesn't understand the situation better than Russ.

Russ and his firm have been great. Knowledgeable, great to work with, explains their interactions in a way that make sense. Best call I made at a time when I need a expert in area where I had no expertise an was accountable for our past actions. Was clear and supportive (as they could be) helping us get our documentation together. He was assertive and forceful when needed to our opponents when they over-reach, lagged/dragged in their responses or clearly misspoke and tried to use pass it off as fact. I would recommend Russ and his firm.
