When you choose David Pence you may be paying a little more than you would with some lawyers, but that is because you are paying for the best. I’m not going into detail but he had a very serious charge dismissed before it even went to trial. Great attorney!

In NC, most traffic officers will ignore you as long as you're going less than 9mph over. I learned the hard way while driving on the WV turnpike that isn't universal. Apparently passing a trooper, even at 5mph over is a really bad idea. To compound my problems, he added "having no insurance" to my ticket as well. My insurance company went paperless years ago... Trooper wouldn't even consider looking at my phone for proof. David and Andrew came to my rescue, for a flat fee that was reasonable, especially considering how much time it would take to drive back to WV. I'm very happy with their professionalism and the time and stress they saved me!

Dave and Andrew were both very professional and extremely helpful. Due to my temporary lack of better judgment, I was facing DUI charges in a West Virginia, a state in which I was not residing in. Not only did Dave work with an extremely limited budget, but he truly went above and beyond to keep me from traveling back and forth from North Carolina. I could/would have accrued significant traveling expenses if it wasn’t for him. Not only has Dave fought on my behalf to ease my commute, but he fought to lower my sentencing. I really can’t begin to explain the length he has gone to keep my sentencing minimal. I was facing a potential jail time, a suspended license for five years, and two years (after the first five) with a breathalyzer installed in my vehicle. i had jan dills and they told me i would not get disability so i argued that their ad was false in that they do infact accept no for disability. so i got with zerbe and pence and guess what?? i now have disability thanks to mr pence.

Mr. Pence and his team are simply outstanding. Andrew, is always available (or will call you back promptly) as well. He is also a man of great integrity and professionalism. My case was somewhat complicated because I was facing not only traffic charges in West Virginia but in my home state of Ohio. I was in danger of losing my license for approximately to a year.
