Atty. Pence is very responsive, very helpful, and a real gentleman. I needed advice and he was very helpful. His flat rate fee is reasonable, and he knows the law. His receptionist was also very sweet!

I only needed to communicate over the phone and through email with Mr. Pence a few times regarding my driving citation. He arrived at the City Court and checked me in before I even arrived. He informed me that I was not required to be present, but I chose to be there anyway. He is very personable and negotiated my case well. He saved me from having a record on my drivers license, among other possibilities that the court could have imposed. I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend!
