I had to call to check on them taking my case over a month from when they said they would get back to me. Their response was that Griffin wasn't taking any medical malpractice suits because she was too busy. Don't you think they could have told me that a month ago instead of my having to call and request an update? Their excuse for not contacting me in a timely manner was "it must have fallen through the cracks". I would never advise anyone to go to this law firm. They diffinately need a wakeup call!

I consider myself fortunate to have had Kelly Roberts for an attorney. She is the consummate professional with a personal touch. She was readily available and kept me updated on my case in a very timely manner. She was great in the courtroom and always had my back.
