My husband, Travis hired Dale to conduct work for his patent. He completely disappeared and does not respond to any emails or phone calls. Now I see from Google that he has been disbarred. All of patent work shows a "failure to respond" and "incomplete work" on the US Patent Office end, so we got taken for our money to have something that wasn't completed or filed correctly with the patent office.

This man has been disbarred from working in VA state. STAY FAR AWAY. HE IS A SCAMMER. Reply: You have time to respond to my review but not my calls and e-mails? Rule 1.4 Communication section A: A lawyer shall keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter and promptly comply with reasonable requests for information. You failed to do the simplest of tasks Dale. Your court documents state that is was ordered that- Dale Reese Jensen shall be indefinitely suspended from the practice of law before the United States Court of Federal claims effective, nunc pro tunc, August 1 2022. The effective date of his suspension in Virginia. You didn't even have the legal ground to take our case or money. Shame on you! I have also noticed your breach of client confidentiality on your responses to the numerous clients who have left reviews. I believe that is malpractice on your part as well. Sounds like you need to brush up on what you can and cannot do as a "lawyer."

It’s no wonder he’s been in trouble with the bar! Notice how every one star review he argues about. The client was wrong… not him. I paid him for a patent application and he messed it up. $3k down the drain. He ignored a response time and my patent was thus rejected. Make sure you get everything in writing because he will absolutely lie about it and then blame all his problems on his wife having cancer instead of just owning up that he’s a horrible attorney. I’ve worked with many attorneys and was a paralegal for many years… this man is a joke! He just completely left out pieces in an application (the reason it was rejected) and then tried to blame it on me, because obviously I know patent law enough to double check his work. Then said he would reply because it was his mistake and did not do so. Do yourself a favor - do NOT use Dale Jensen. Oh and if you hire another attorney… he will block the new attorneys number and ignore you and him.

We took every last penny we had to this man to get a patent done. Paid him and then got ghosted. No support or help. No follow up. No help with the people ripping us off. Just silence. Would NOT recommend!

I had a great experience with Mr. Jensen. He has helped me with advice and contracts and I would hire him again and again .

Dale Jensen is one in a million. He goes above and beyond for clients. I called him on a Saturday after 5:00pm because there was an approaching deadline on a trademark and he immediately filed a crucial document. I would recommend him to any serious business pro. Especially in IP where deadlines are so important.

Dale Jensen is a scam artist. I reached out to him 2/2021 for 2 trademarks, paid for both and it is now 9/2023. Throughout that time I did not receive a phone call, email or anything regarding an update. When I call to ask for a refund I always get the runaround. Do not and I repeat do not hire this man for anything.

I thought for a long time about posting a review or not. Then, I realized it could help others avoid loss. To summarize, I hired Dale for trademark services so that I didn’t mess it up. Along the way, he performed services before consulting with me and charged me regardless. Ultimately, he admittedly forgot to add the deadline for my job to his calendar, I lost the trademark, and he expected me to just repay all of the fees again. Over $1k paid for nothing.
